Mr. Jeffry L. Flake
Ambassador
US Embassy, Ankara

21 July 2023

Subject: James Benson Irwin

Dear Ambassador Flake,

I received an email from your Istanbul consulate yesterday. The U.S. Department of State has canceled my visa.

I sent books and letters to the previous ambassador David Satterfield. I also sent books and letters to the ambassador before that (Mr. Ricciardone sent a thank-you letter for the book).

White House garden October 2017

I wrote letters to the White House. Not only did I write letters to the White House, but I also went to Washington and waited at the White House’s door, hoping to meet an advisor (5 years ago).

I wrote letters to President Trump and President Biden. I wrote to NASA.

This year, I sent emails to the Pentagon. Last month (June), I traveled to the United States again. I arrived at the Pentagon’s door. I expressed my desire to meet with a military unit about Astronaut James Irwin. They told me where I could buy tickets for a tourist tour of the Pentagon.

I wrote an email to General Mark Milley. I went to the General’s physical address (2425 Wilson Blvd) and left the email and attachments as a file.

Astronaut James Benson Irwin.

40 Years later, June 2023

The government does not recognize James Irwin as an astronaut. The pilot is written on his tombstone. The belief that Astronaut James Irwin defended should be officially recognized.

Prof. Parrot had the backing of state power. The highest level of state power is necessary. That’s the nature of this matter.

Imagine a project, dear Ambassador. A project against communism, like the Green Belt project. This would be a project that could end communism for you. For me, it is about opening the mountain to tourism according to the “Divine Law.”

Nixon: We don’t smoke here. Tito: How lucky you are.

Yesterday, Tito was smoking in the White House. Today, a child is threatening America. Who are these people, what are their beliefs, and where do they get their power? Go. See. Reclaim the summit. Astronaut Irwin paved this way.

Kim Young and Donald Trump

NASA should explore humanity’s past as much as it explores its future. Didn’t we all come from Noah’s Ark? That’s what Astronaut Irwin says. I’m trying to convey his request to you.

Sincerely,
Mustafa Bilgili
