Subject: NATO

Dear Ambassador Flake,
NATO was established in 1949 in response to the Cold War (*).

In 1955, the Warsaw Pact was formed in opposition to NATO.

The Warsaw Pact was dissolved in 1991, the same year the Soviet system was completely abolished.

The Berlin Wall fell, and the Warsaw Pact disintegrated. The Cold War ceased to exist as a reason. The original purpose of NATO no longer existed. Former Warsaw Pact members were made NATO members against the non-existent Warsaw Pact. This is the essence of what happened after 1991.

It is not well known: Communism is a contradictory belief; it cancels itself out. I know this because we engaged in tourism based on this belief.

In 1991, Soviet communism was abolished in all its institutions and beliefs. NATO (Pentagon) failed to grasp the new situation. Communism collapsed, but the institutions and beliefs of the Pentagon did not change. The Pentagon continued to view Russia as an enemy.

Gorbachev-Reagan rapprochement should be re-established; Russia should be an ally.

This is how the Cold War began. The Cold War began at Ararat. If it is officially accepted that the Cold War has ended, the reputation of Ararat will also be officially restored. Ararat will be opened to tourism with its true meaning.

In 1971, Astronaut James Irwin hears a voice on the moon. “Search for Noah’s Ark in the east of Turkey.” The astronaut searched for Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat for 10 years. Because of the astronaut, the mountain opened to tourism. Thus, we learned the history and meaning of the mountain.
